Who Am I? ("the game", "we") is a free online party guessing game you play in a browser with friends. There are no ads, no paywalls and no tracking. By using the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You must be at least 13 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission). The game is meant for friends; do not use it to meet or contact strangers in ways that could put anyone at risk.
You agree not to:
We may mute, remove, or ban players and delete rooms, accounts, pictures or messages that break these rules, with or without warning.
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Usernames can't contain spaces and can't imitate the admin. Username changes need approval and are limited. We can reset a password for you if you ask the admin, but we cannot recover accounts without checking it's really you.
Names, cards, questions, guesses, chat messages and profile pictures are "your content". You keep ownership of it. You give us a limited licence to store it and show it to the other people in the room, only as needed to run the game. Don't post content you don't have the right to share. Saved rooms keep their scores and chat until the owner deletes the room; quick rooms are temporary and disappear when everyone leaves or after a day of inactivity.
You can report a message or a player from inside a room. Reports go to the admin together with the reported text, the reporter's name and a few lines of nearby chat so we can understand what happened. Please don't abuse the report button; false or repeated reports may be ignored.
The game is free and has no advertising. We do not sell personal data. If this ever changes we will update this page first.
"Who Am I?" is the name of a classic party game that has been played for decades. We claim no trademark or patent over the name or the game idea, and we have no connection with any other product with a similar name or idea.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be online, bug-free or that data will never be lost. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from using the game. We may change, pause or shut the game down at any time.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

We never use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the game is played (pages opened, rooms created, games started and finished). Its cookies are only set if you tap OK on the cookie question; if you say no, Google receives anonymous, cookieless counts only. To change your choice, clear this site's data and you will be asked again. The site also saves a few settings in your browser's local storage (language, volume, hidden room code, and your sign-in token). Clearing site data removes them.
Other players in a room see your name, picture, messages and guesses. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted: the game server stores it, and the admin can see reported messages and, if needed for safety, saved-room chat. We don't sell or share personal data with anyone except where the law requires it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data (including your account, picture and chat history) by emailing info@whoamigame.com. You can also delete a saved room yourself from its settings, which removes its scores and chat.
The game is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and rooms only send each player the information they are allowed to see. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
